Me and my gf had sex?not really possible that i got her pregnant?

but while putting on the condom i'm worried if percum got on the condom or if i touched my penis and got precum on it and touched her vagina or something like that, she used a film (spermicide) 15 mins before we had sex, + i urinated before sex to kill cum left over from prior ejaculations and we used a condom but im still worried i got precum on my hand and in her or something or on the condom in her, and at the time, i didnt think it was a big deal and still had sex with her, if there was precum or w/e on my hand or whatever, or maybe i didnt think there was any of it,., i dont know, i feel guilt if i used poor judgement,, anyways, am i just over thinking this?
